- 100% Full Refund (Before Production): Cancel your custom printing order within 2 hours of placing it for a complete refund, no questions asked. This is the best window to change your mind about your t-shirt, mug, bag, or keychain design.
- 50% Partial Refund (During Production): If your custom print order is already in production (materials purchased, printing started), we can offer a 50% refund. The remaining 50% covers material costs and labor already incurred for your personalized design.
- No Refund (After Shipping): Once your custom printed product ships, cancellations and refunds are not available. However, defective or damaged items are eligible for free replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery with proof.
- Defective Products Policy: If you receive a custom printed item with faded/smudged prints, physical damage, wrong product/size, or manufacturing defects, contact us within 7 days with photos or unboxing video for free replacement or full refund.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days (cards), 5-10 days (bank transfers), or 1-3 days (digital wallets like UPI, PhonePe, Paytm). Bank processing may add 2-3 additional days.
